Who we want

  • Certified Medidata Rave developer, who is able to develop eCRFs in Medidata Rave EDC platform and willing to learn to configure other modules, such as Imaging, TSDV, Payment, etc within Medidata platform.
  • Programmer
    • SAS Programmer, who is able to run SAS programs, read SAS tables, and willing to learn to develop and validate SAS programs. Certified SAS programmer is a plus.
    • Experiences with cloud platforms (such as Databricks, Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Collaborative partner, who will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical study team, data operation and Biostatistics to deliver high-quality database and reports for clinical trials.
  • Analytical problem solver, who go beyond just fixing to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues. 

We are currently seeking a lead Clinical Programmer to join our SGTC Stryker, in India

What you will do

  • 70% of responsibility will be a Medidata Developer, a key role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions utilizing the Medidata platform. You will be responsible for
    • Designs and develops electronic case report forms (eCRFs) to meet the data collection requirements of protocols and related edit check.
    • Customize and configure Medidata Rave EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and other modules according to project requirements.
    • Programs and validates eCRFs, folders, matrices, and edit checks as per protocol-specific criteria
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • 30% of responsibility will be a Programmer, a role in the creation of clinical reports using tools like BO4, RAVE adhoc reports, and SAS programming. You will work with data analytic team to
    • Create study reporting using RAVE reporting functions, BO4,
    • Run existing SAS programs, review SAS datasets, and perform validation tasks.
    • Learn SAS programming language and develop SAS reports for both clinical trials and real-world data.
    • Work with large datasets on cloud platforms.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, statistical, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification in Medidata Rave development.
  • Certification in SAS programming is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Medidata Rave EDC configuration, custom function development, and data integrations.
  • Experience with Medidata Rave Architect, Rave Web Services, and Rave Custom Functions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
