Corporate Human Resources Data Analyst

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a dynamic People Services opportunity to propel the company’s Executive Total Rewards team which supports our senior leadership with compensation, benefits, and other high-profile initiatives? Here, you will perform operational transactions, gather, and analyze operational data, and provide insights to help inform our strategy and development, as well as future technology solutions for our business processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

How You'll Contribute:

  •  Support the Executive Total Rewards team with business procedures and identify necessary improvements in applying big data analysis processes to our programs.

  • Identify relationships among disparate pieces of compensation, benefits, stock, and other information and develop meaningful analytical conclusions. 

  • Complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions and make recommendations for alternatives and enhancements.

  • Provide technical expertise on available technologies for enhancing compensation, benefits, stock, and other program processes. 

  • Present findings and recommendations to team leadership.

You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, One Note, and Outlook, analytics database management software, and HR information systems

  • Experience with mathematical and statistical analysis methods, modeling, and analyzing data sets, including using formulas, pivots, and conditional formatting

  • Knowledge of Workday processes, administration, and vendor management

  • Ability to collaborate with team members to collect, organize, track, report, and analyze program data according to priorities

  • Ability to synthesize data and processes, identify trends and insights, and clearly communicate findings and potential recommendations to stakeholders for business improvements

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive project research and summarize findings

  • Ability to learn to engage and support executive benefits stakeholder requests

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment with a variety of stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with administration of Compensation or Benefit programs

  • Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment

  • Experience with consulting and problem-solving

  • Ability to pay strict attention to accuracy and detail

  • Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
