​As a Data Privacy and AI Governance Program Specialist in our Privacy, AI and Cybersecurity Legal Team, you will help build, manage, and improve Agoda’s Privacy and AI Governance programs by working with a world class team comprising of subject matter experts in data privacy, responsible AI and Cybersecurity in a global work environment.​ 

​​In this Role, you’ll get to: ​ 

• ​​Establish, review and improve data privacy and responsible AI related policies, processes and supporting technology such as One Trust 
• ​Identify and manage data privacy and AI related risks associated with third parties through a formal vendor risk management process 
• ​Lead training and awareness and regulatory change management initiatives 
• ​Work with our customer support teams to manage Data Subject Rights Request processes, Privacy related escalations, and the supporting technology / IT systems underlying our processes  
• ​Develop, maintain, test and improve controls to manage data privacy and responsible AI risks 
• ​Improve privacy and AI Governance programs using data analytics (Key Risk and Performance Indicators, Dashboards, Trend analysis) 
• ​Lead/Provide project management support for specific privacy and responsible AI projects  
• ​Opportunity to collaborate with equivalent counterparts at other Booking Holdings brands​ 

​​What you’ll Need to Succeed: ​ 

• ​​Excellent understanding of Data Privacy concepts including knowledge of Data Privacy Laws (the GDPR, Singapore PDPA, etc).  
• ​Good understanding of Responsible AI governance programs, frameworks, and laws (Related experience with Data Privacy laws in APAC will be a plus)  
• ​3-5 years’ experience in Data Privacy, AI Governance, or related Risk or Compliance disciplines 
• ​All Star Attitude to get the job done 
• ​Growth mindset to continuously learn and improve 
• ​Proficient in English 
• ​A relevant privacy certification e.g. CIPM, CIPP/E or CIPP/A  
• ​Able to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand ​

​​It’s Great if you Have: ​ 

• ​​Relevant experience with data privacy laws in the APAC region  
• ​AIGP Certification 
• ​Knowledge of NIST Privacy and AI frameworks 
• ​Hands-on experience of working with tools like One Trust, Big ID, etc 
• ​Ability to execute at pace and multi-task in an agile environment​
