Data and Analytics Manager

At TMGM, we believe that data is the lifeblood of our business. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data and Analytics to lead our data and analytics team, transforming raw data into valuable insights, driving informed decision-making, and contributing to our company's success.

As the Head of Data and Analytics, you will lead our data team responsible for managing the operational data of the entire group, as well as analyzing customer transaction data. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining databases tailored to our company's growth needs and providing critical reports to various functional departments to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to align with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the data and analytics team.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze large-scale datasets to extract valuable insights and trends.
• Create advanced data models and algorithms to support decision-making.

Reporting and Visualization:

• Develop and maintain reports and visualization tools for various stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and actionable reports.

Database Development:

• Establish and maintain databases to support the company's growth requirements.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security of databases.

Data Governance:

• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor members of the data analysis and reporting team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various functional departments to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to optimize data analysis processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, information technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years or more of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data modelling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in programming languages and data technology.
• Prior leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in data governance and data quality management.
