Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Data Operations Services Specialist to join the Data Services Insights & Optimization team in India. This is a fully remote role. 

Your Impact

• Assess and improve data management processes and workflows to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales database operations including integrity and consistency of account, contact and lead data.
• Utilize data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, RingLead, and Dunn & Bradstreet to update and enhance the completeness of sales data.
• Implement data quality checks and measures to identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies
• Develop and implement automation rules to streamline data entry processes, increase operational efficiencies, and reduce manual data handling.
• Work with the data governance team to establish and enforce data policies to maintain data security and compliance.
• Generate regular reports and conduct data analysis to provide insights into the database performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate data management processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance database accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, updates, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to align data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrable experience in data operations, data management, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proficiency in using tools like ZoomInfo, RingLead, and Dunn & Bradstreet. Solid understanding of SQL, data manipulation, and data cleansing techniques.
• Experience in setting up automation rules and workflows to improve data processing and management.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated meticulousness in data accuracy, cleansing, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data-related challenges.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and collaborators effectively.
