MarTech Engineer, BI Analyst

We are looking for a MarTech Engineer, a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, who will be crucial in transforming data into actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional Adobe and client teams to design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions. Your expertise in Python/R, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced Analytics, and Databricks will be essential in this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, focusing on advanced analytics and data analysis
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
• SQL skills with experience in complex query writing and database management
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Power Apps for developing custom applications and automation
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for machine learning and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics
• Communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree
• Certification in relevant BI and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning)
• Experience with other BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
• Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake)
• Skills in Adobe Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
• Utilize Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights
• Design and implement machine learning models using AWS SageMaker for predictive analytics
• Create and manage complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps to streamline business processes
• Perform data mining, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity
• Utilize Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics
• Conduct thorough data and statistical analysis to support business decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely
