Key accountabilities, responsibilities, and measures

  • Analyse large data sets to identify accuracy and loss trends, patterns and opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain and stores.
  • Delivering a combination of regular and ad-hoc reporting information to inform key stakeholders on accuracy and loss performance and insights.
  • Preparation, submission, and analysis of reporting, working closely with senior category stakeholders to support building and tracking of business cases.
  • Agree and track performance of change initiatives and trials that impact accuracy and loss.
  • Lead the business analysis for the twice- annual stocktakes ensuring that clear actions for Food Group and stores are communicated effectively to improve accuracy and loss.
  • Develop implement and maintain Power BI reporting solutions in collaboration with business users.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate existing manual processes with business intelligence enhancements.

  • Strong business partner management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence
  • Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with and accurately manipulating data to provide accurate and insightful reporting
  • Can deliver to agreed timeframes and effectively prioritise workload with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Proven experience in leading the scoping, design, and delivery of BI/reporting solutions
  • Proficiency in data visualization and user experience design
  • Advanced skills in Power BI (including Power Query) and proficient with SQL
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Python
