The team you will be part of

The Training & Certification (T&C) team within the CNS Services and Care (S&C) organization is responsible for a continuous learning culture that helps employees across CNS collaborate, share knowledge, and advance their careers. Our mission is to build global technology leaders who will keep CNS at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.

The opportunity

We are looking to strengthen the T&C software development capabilities for the Nokia Knowledge Center by adding people with the skills to define requirements, architecture and implementation of the platform. T&C is a global team, so you will work with colleagues in different countries and will also interact with stakeholders and experts across different teams in CNS.

What will you learn and contribute

  • While some adjustments and changes may be made, it is not practical to have one tool, process, system, or methodology for everyone; integration will be key.

  • Develop NKC Architecture by driving a common architecture framework creating a Nokia Knowledge Center across Nokia Software
  • Understand PMO for People, Processes, Tools, and Methodologie

  • Define a cost-effective Nokia Knowledge Center Architecture and System
  • Develop mock-up and proof of concept (PoC) supporting a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to help drive Pilots across CNS
  • Drive Agile and DevOps Methodologies to support PoC and Pilots for MVP
  • Evaluate and Execute on use cases defined from CNS and partners supporting the success of the NKC, and define the pipeline for more candidates
  • Support the propagation and utilization of the Nokia Knowledge Center across distinct product and service value chains

    • Manage ongoing sustained business practice governance for the Nokia Knowledge Center from 2019 onward
    • Standardize Delivery Excellence Deployments for Global Services by leading and demonstrating through detailed evaluations how to automate a repeatable, executable, cost-effective process in the Nokia DevOps way
