INTERN - PROCESS INNOVATIONS

Over the last three and a half decades - MAS Intimates has differentiated itself in the global fashion industry through its innovation mindset, strong technical competency, and sustainability initiative. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates, Flex team as an Intern Process Innovations based at Biyagama to follow through and manage activities within the entire process, whilst supporting management in building relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in testing new systems or processes and provide feedback on performance improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on process analysis and findings.
• Provide administrative support to the process innovation team, including data entry, project tracking, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information systems Operations, or a related field.
• Ability to understand in Statistics | Mini tab | PowerBI | SPSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or process mapping software ( Digitization | Java | Python | Simulation ).
• Skills in Data analysis/ Process Optimisation and Business Presentations.
