ROLE AND LOCATION

KPI Analyst - Stockholm (Kista)

To drive results and repair speed, making sure we keep the customers satisfied. By working together, focusing on data and reporting we can ensure that the Customer Journey is kept in the main focus and that our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are reaching their targets.

Skills and Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Interest in data collection, reporting, and analysis of data
• You have recently graduated or on your final year of studies towards an MSc or BSc degree ideally with focus on data, data analytics, machine learning, industrial engineering with supply chain focus. Or related to these areas.
• Understanding of machine learning capability
• Technical skills in Python and Excel are needed. It’s a benefit if you also have skills in SQL, Tableau, Power Query (mscript), or similar.
• Valid work permit and fluency in English & Swedish are a must
