Salary £40,000 - £55,000

This is a great job for someone who Is passionate about creating analytics and data science solutions to help the business understand their customers better and inform business decisions. 

They will enjoy partnering with business stakeholders and collaborating with AI/ML colleagues to design & embed innovative solutions and generate best-in-class and high-impact, actionable customer insights & recommendations for real-world problems. 

A bit about the job: 

Our Customer Science team uses data to understand customers so we can be more relevant and take better actions.  We are award-winning, and passionate about driving better customer & commercial outcomes.         

The right person will be able to deliver high quality analytics, understand customer behaviour and help deliver our Aviva ambition. Day to day responsibilities include coding, understanding customer data that will then be summarised for stakeholder consumption. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Educated to degree or post-graduate level, in numerate /programming-oriented subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience 

• Have programming experience in SQL or Python and proven ability to manipulate and prepare large datasets for analytics

• Is passionate about using customer data & advanced analytics expertise with proven experience to help businesses understand customer behaviour and take action

• A positive, can-do attitude, with a proactive approach and a great team player

• Starting salary between £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
