Job Description SummaryResponsible for the efficient and effective entry of job data and provision of administrative support for the Field Operations Metro. Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, this role provides data cleansing and validation support, while improving processes around collection of data. This role also includes the provision of technical administrative support, including accounts payable, contract reporting and administration, and maintaining accurate and timely job data for input into SA Water data management systems.


Responsibilities

•Validate KPI performance and associated Work Order
•Validate all relevant data & reporting provided in time frames required
•Review and validate job data input into Work Order App/ Maximo by the field crews and subcontractors
•Assist in the development of arrange of metrics to assess data entry integrity
•Report on the accuracy and completeness of data entry into the WOA by the field workforce •Support of the field teams through identification of reporting of common errors in data entry, and training to field teams in rectification techniques
•Support the production of contract performance report through data validation and other analysis.
•Manage and update the Work Order tracking spreadsheet
•Send and follow up on requests for Work Order data to Supervisors and Contractors to action
•Conduct excavation vs Road reinstatement audits
•Project filing in accordance with the corporate plans
•Batching, allocating and posting of AP Invoices
•Liaise with Managers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies
•Handling enquiries from suppliers and subcontractors

About You

Proven experience in a similar role
Demonstrated understanding of the water and network utility sectors
Proficient experience in Microsoft Excel Qualifications required
Certificate in Business Administration or similar field is desirable Competencies required
Strong written and verbal communication skills (with all levels of staff)
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Strong initiative and sound problem-solving skills
High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications and other applications (e.g.Maximo/ Click, Work Order applications etc.)
Strong time management and organisation skills
