The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Engineer (m/f/*) Software Quality, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Development of a test process for a new project according to the specifications of the test strategy with the aim of a closed CI/CD pipeline in AWS;

• Planning, preparation, design, implementation, evaluation, reporting and maintenance of tests, as well as responsibility for software release;

• Define, build and further develop the test automation framework with TestComplete and ReadyAPI according to the quality standards of Solventum

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT studies and practical experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation OR

• Apprenticeship in the field of IT and profound practical experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation

• Independent, agile way of working and hands-on mentality when testing software

• Fluent in English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Practical experience with the following tech stack: AWS,CI/CD, TestComplete, ReadyAPI, Zephyr, scripting languages JavaScript or Python, Jira, Github, PostgreSQL, Docker

• At least “ISTQB® Certified Foundation Level Software Tester” (“ISTQB® Advanced Level – Test Automation Engineer” Certification would be an advantage)

• Quality awareness, sense of responsibility, analytical way of thinking, team skills and an “eye for the big picture”

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require at least one day per week in the office in Berlin)

Travel: May include up to 5% international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
