The R&D ML team is responsible for developing and integrating statistical tools and machine learning models across the whole stack. As a Data and LLM Scientist specializing in AIOps, your role will consist of analyzing and collecting data sets, experimenting with LLMs to improve on or imagine new user journeys, come up with prototypes and feature ideas but also ways to test them against the aforementioned collected datasets.

What you will be doing

• Identify difficulties in our user flows and build prototypes to improve them using ML models, LLMs or other tools based on statistical analysis
• Curate datasets and design metrics to supervise your progress, track your experiments
• Compare, optimize LLMs use, explore prompting techniques and fine tuning for better performances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and product managers
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration in a distributed team

What you will bring

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in Python
• 2+ years of experience as a data scientist with successful track record of prototype exploration, solution testing and port to production.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM and prompting.
• Good attention to detail and highly organized
• Real passion for data, quality of results and achieving excellence
• Experience with Elasticsearch is useful
