We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about their work, adapts easily, and shares our company values! 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on multiple deliverables in parallel, and be comfortable receiving reporting requirements and translating these into solutions. In addition to, prioritizing and communicating progress and blockers effectively. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must align with the Business Project to achieve goals and deadlines to optimize rentability and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product definition regarding data with the Product and BI teams and external providers, to ensure meeting business expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to review the Technical proposals regarding data about the developments, and database structure.  
  • Ensure data integrity and quality of data structure in the database to ensure the technical team implemented the standards and policies defined by the BI team.  
  • Maintain the “Normalized data” dictionary for the Project database, documenting structure, definitions, and relationships of datasets, with validations from BI and Product teams, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the process to achieve reliable data. 
  • Preparation of analytical reports and dashboards for product and marketing metrics (including visualization)
  • Work in coordination with the BI team to create, optimize, and maintain data visualization dashboards, and reporting tools, define strategic alerts, and automate recurring reports.
  • Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Analyze the main KPIs and identify potential issues and/or areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and prepare reports regarding the impacts of implemented changes due to deployments, marketing changes, and AB tests. 
  • Analyze and report potential ad hoc incidents.
  • Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, user behavior patterns, and more. 
  • Prepare a Quarterly Project Report along with the Product Manager and Project Director. 

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge of data management tools and technologies, such as QlikSense/Power BI/Tableau,  relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and a strong understanding of data management principles. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the BI and Product team, with a can-do attitude.
  • High experience and skill level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different levels of the organization and diverse stakeholders.
  • Must have a Product data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Advanced level in English (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
  • Good knowledge of Amplitude is nice to have.
