We are seeking a self-starter to work on the CHVAC Transformation Management Office team with the goal of delivering solutions to delight our customers! Our Global Data Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting & analytical capabilities to support the global Commercial HVAC Transformation Management Office team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participate in strategic analysis across functions and regions, including providing insight and making data-driven recommendations on improvements to business processes, efficiency, and growth initiatives.
  • Provide visibility to business performance in alignment with Transformation Management Office priorities. Manage KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Produce monthly standardized management reporting packages on important metrics from a variety of dimensions and levels of aggregation to support improvement actions.
  • Analyze and package data associated with the business performance metrics to support regional and global goal attainment.
  • Provides a wide variety of ad hoc support for the Transformation Management Office; including sophisticated modeling, dashboards, and expertly packaged presentations.
  • Assists in opportunity identification exercises and tracking progress to goals, including the aggregation of data from a variety of disparate sources & systems into databases and models for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively data mine and provide analysis on service agreements and sales activities, marketing campaigns, product development initiatives, customer segmentation, operational performance, etc. to provide insightful & impactful information.
  • Manage enhancement requests, support issue resolution and questions on dashboards, manage access to permissions, master mapping file, and workstream data validation errors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerBi

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Experience with SalesForce, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, SQL, and VBA
  • Heavy experience with databases - CRMs, ERPs, and others.
  • Strong organizational and social skills enable working and collaborating across internal functions and partners.
  • Understanding/ experience with SAP/ S4 HANA, Salesforce, ServiceMax
  • Experience with change management KPI’s & dashboards
  • Global experience preferred
