What will I be doing? 

ü  Develop workflows and scripts for task automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and others. Ensure all automation and integrations workflows follow industry’s best practices and remain in compliance with agency security policies and standards.

ü  Integrate automated workflows with existing systems, such as Asana, Microsoft 365, Adobe Sign, and others.

ü  Able to train and support staff on any automation and integration processes developed.

ü  Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to automation scripts and workflows.

ü  Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and best practices.

ü  Document automation processes and maintain a repository of scripts and workflows.

ü  Create and maintain BI visualization using Tableau and Power BI.

ü  Collaborate with internal team, external stakeholders, and community partners to improve systems process and visualization.

Key Qualifications   

ü  Expert in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and other task automation platforms.

ü  Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft 365 applications

ü  Work effectively in a team environment

ü  Strong written/oral communication

ü  Interpersonal skills

ü  Strong Analytical skills

ü  Computer/Technical

ü  Problem Solving

Do you have…  

ü  Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study 

ü  5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties

Preferred Qualifications

ü  Training experience

ü  Project management
