Web Analytics Engineer (Web&Mobile Team)

 

What you’ll have to do:

·       Providing project documentation and ensuring good communication with the project beneficiaries;

·       Keep in touch with the project team on all its aspects of the project progress;

·       Assume ownership of all web analytics related resources;

·       Create various reports using eMAG Google Cloud resources;

·       Maintain and develop the Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager features;

·       Develop the Tracking Team datalake;

·       Write technical specifications for eMAG's development teams or the agencies which we collaborate with on tracking related issues;

·       Modifying the Google Analytics data ingestion schemas according to the team needs;

·       Provide feedback and insights from data to stakeholders;

·       Keeping up to date with new technologies, trends and industry standards.

 

How we’d like you to be:  

·       Have University degree;

·       Have good knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics/Adobe Tag Manager;

·       Have an advanced English level;

·       Have an advanced communication skills;

·       Have good organizational skills;

·       Have strong desire for improvement.

Will be a plus:

·       Previous experience with web development or web traffic-related data schemas;

·       The ability to write clear and concise technical specifications;

·       Experience with Google Cloud Suite;

·       Experience with Reporting Services;

·       Experience with providing insights from data;

·       Experience with Google Analytics API schema;

·       Experience with API's;

·       Agile experience;

·       Git experience;

·       SQL experience;

·       JavaScript experience;

·       A new skill that you learned in the last year on your own initiative;

·       A initiative/project that you proposed in the last year at your current workplace.
