Job Description

Our data team has expertise across engineering, analysis, architecture, modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science. This discipline is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust data infrastructures, and enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation through advanced analytics and predictive modeling. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct the Data Discovery phase.
  • Discovers and elicits business and data requirements and reviews the BI architecture.
  • Proficient in applying Big Data, DWH, and Data Lake concepts to support specific business functions or processes.
  • Analyze data sources and document the requirements in artifacts such as data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and user stories.
  • Identify data quality and data consistency issues and propose solutions.
  • Design the functional solution, translate business requirements into functional descriptions, and define the conceptual and logical data model.
  • Define data ingestion, validation, cleaning, processing, and ETL requirements.
  • Apply required data modeling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, like data dictionary, data lineage, source to target mapping.
  • Bridges the gap between business-related matters and their technical implementation through refinement and clarification of requirements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Storytelling with data. 
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau and any Sql or NO/Sql engine
  • Proficient in SDLC (Planned Iterative, Agile).
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Solid understanding of programming languages.
  • Solid knowledge of big data technologies.
  • Solid experience in large international projects working with multicultural teams.
