ANGEL Corp Lab is seeking to hire a Research Engineer to collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and team to design and implement recommendation systems focused on sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and team members to design and implement recommendation systems.

  • Conduct detailed mathematical analyses and experiments to model user behaviors and preferences in the context of sustainability.

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of frameworks and methodologies that support green recommendation practices.

Job Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.

  • Ability to analyze complex and noisy data sets using advanced mathematical techniques to extract meaningful insights.

  • Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and machine learning, with a focus on sustainability applications.

  • Proficiency in programming languages and machine learning frameworks, particularly Python and PyTorch.

  • Experience or previous research in the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or related fields is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
