Job Description Summary

The Data Governance Manager will be part of the wider Services Analytics team, which is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Data Governance Manager is responsible for supporting the data governance program, data management
responsibilities, and data quality management for the global services analytics platform.

About the Role:

  • Deliver on the data governance implementation roadmap for the global services analytics platform.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead a team of Data Analysts/Test Analysts to test data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models for new integrations and product releases.
  • Lead a team of Data Analysts/Test Analysts in bug and issue resolution for data escalations for the services analytics platform
  • Collaborate with BI development team and product owner to conduct regular reviews of the data model to streamline or optimize where applicable

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/statistics, business information systems
  • 5+ years professional experience as a manager Strong experience with data analyst or data management activities.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Queries / SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experience in Alteryx, Python, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Databricks
  • Experience in business analytics or data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
