Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Advancing digital enterprise business in Maxis, specializes in IoT,  Generative AI & Bot partner on-boarding, solutions and services development.  Drives solution & bridging technical gaps based on business requirements. To work closely with customers, business teams & platform providers ensuring architecture, automation, solution, framework, design and development standards are followed and enforce industry best practices. Ownership of the tech stack which are building blocks for GTM solutions.

What are you accountable for?

• Provide feasibility and system solution and design by analysing business requirements based on existing system frameworks and out-of-the-box functionalities.
• Proactively develop, validate, challenge and/or provide/implement solutions that satisfies business requirements while maximizing as-is and software engineering DevOps capabilities.
• Document, review and/or implement detailed system solutions, process/system flows, impact assessments, business decisions, timelines and dependencies.
• Manage multiple third parties involved in the digital services value chain from end-to-end journey to configuration and platform provider specific enhancements.
• Work with business and technical team members to enable and implement strong DevOps processes, tools and mechanisms achieving service operational excellence.
• Design and implement digital enterprise innovation strategy in conjunction with enterprise division counterparts.
• Coordinate and execute Technical and Performance Test Planning, Preparation, Execution and defect resolutions for Partners & E2E enterprise solution integrations.
• Coordinate on-boarding of Migration and Deployment Test Planning, Preparation, Execution and defect resolutions with a goal towards minimizing latency.

What do you need to have for the role?

• Extensive expertise (10-15 years) in the field of digital enterprise business, specializing in IoT, Generative AI, and Bot partner on-boarding, solutions, and services development.
• Proven track record of driving solution development and bridging technical gaps based on business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with customers, business teams, and platform providers.
• Mastery in ensuring architecture, automation, solution, framework, design, and development standards are followed and industry best practices are enforced.
• Extensive ownership and management of the tech stack that serves as the building blocks for go-to-market (GTM) solutions.
• Ability to provide in-depth feasibility analysis, system solution design, and implementation by evaluating business requirements against existing system frameworks and out-of-the-box functionalities.
• Expertise in enabling and implementing strong DevOps processes, tools, and mechanisms to achieve service operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement digital enterprise innovation strategy in conjunction with enterprise division counterparts.
