The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated intern for our Data Engineering team with a passion for data and innovation. As an intern, you learn how to apply creative thinking and an analytical mindset to help our organization manage our data assets.
What does an engineer in Data Engineering and Seller Catalog Management do?
Engineers on the Data Engineering and Seller Catalog Management teams build and maintain data pipelines, which is the search infrastructure that powers the webstore for our customers.
They construct datasets that support company requirements and that are easy to consume and analyze. They implement methods to improve data reliability and quality. They combine raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats. They also develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for transactional requirements as well as predictive or prescriptive modeling.
Once the data is ingested into the system, our Data Engineers also make the data available in the backend to be accessible across different selling channels like webstores, eBay, Amazon, etc. through powerful APIs. Our search clusters were built and fine-tuned in-house, and they power millions of customer product searches every day.
Joining RevolutionParts as an intern means joining a high-performing team that makes a long-standing impact on the Automotive industry.
