Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to take over key responsibilities related to our Power BI dashboards, BigQuery database management, and Salesforce integration. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are based on accurate and insightful information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Dashboards:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze business data.
  • Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and enhance dashboard functionality.s
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create tailored solutions.
• BigQuery Database:
  • Manage and optimize BigQuery databases, including creating and maintaining views to support analytical needs.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from BigQuery.
• Salesforce Integration:
  • Import data from Salesforce into our data systems using Panoply.
  • Integrate Salesforce data with Power BI dashboards to provide comprehensive reporting and insights.
• Data Management:
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Use Python to automate data processes and enhance data analysis workflows.
  • Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• Proficiency in managing and querying BigQuery databases using SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce and data integration tools like Panoply.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and process automation.
• Expertise in DAX for creating complex calculations and enhancing Power BI dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
