Duties

We’re looking for an experienced business analyst who can’t wait to work with people-related data. You’re someone that takes pride in nailing the details and can’t help but dig into the data when you have a question. What you’ll do: 
  • Identify audience opportunities with size for in-product marketing channels. 
  • Design and set up experiments in collaboration with EHQ campaign specialists using the internal experimentation tool, 
  • Monitor all live experiments during daily stand-up monitoring for any triggering issues, impact on success and guardrail metrics and make ramp/ship/end decisions accordingly. Analyze performance, including performance for Lifecycle Marketing, for in-product marketing channels. Identify levers to improve click-throughs, downstream engagement, and more. 
  • Build self-serve dashboards, Query books and reports. 
  • Proactively work with engineers and PADS to report any issues and investigate any metrics drops observed in the experiment
  • Support any ad hoc data requests from PMM or Marketing stakeholders

Skills

What we’re looking for:
  • Over 4 years of experience working in analytics in a fast-paced environment with expertise in SQL and experimentation 
  • Experience analyzing lifecycle marketing or Product data. ability to translate technical data to business stakeholders 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to craft engaging and actionable insights stories for a variety of audiences using data
  • Must love building things and be passionate about making data and analytics accessible and easy to use for non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, R, and/or other statistical and data visualization software.
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • This position is available only in the US.
