Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (Power BI) will focus on resolving issues related to Power BI report creation, adapting reports to data structure changes, and ensuring continuous alignment with departmental needs. You will work closely with various departments to understand their reporting requirements, update existing reports, and anticipate the impact of system changes on our data structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments with each department to identify reporting challenges and requirements. Gather and document specific needs for report creation and updates.
• Develop and update Power BI reports based on departmental requirements and changing data structures. Ensure reports are accurate, actionable, and meet the evolving needs of each department.
• Monitor changes in data structure due to system updates and assess the impact on existing Power BI reports. Modify and optimize reports to accommodate changes in data structures and maintain report accuracy.
• Document data structures and changes comprehensively to support report modifications and future reference. Proactively gather and disseminate information related to system releases and their potential impact on reports.
• Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to ensure reports remain relevant and effective.
• Provide ongoing support and training to departments on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics/ Information Systems/ Computer Science or a related field.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in developing reports using Power BI.
• Min. 2 years of IT system implementation project experience. Experience with global Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and/ or system rollout projects.
• Candidates with banking operations or system development experience will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong documentation skills for creating meeting materials, discussion papers, facilitating meetings, and taking minutes.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and leadership in managing tasks, resolving issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• High level of proactivity, with a keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and understanding customers' business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate complex issues in global projects and ensure smooth project execution.
