Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analyst to join our Real World Data team and support making data-driven decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to become an expert of our multimodal data and to deliver insights on this data to our customers, utilizing advanced analytical skills and data analysis tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to support development of tailored data products for the pharmaceutical industry including dashboards, reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities:.

  • Data Analysis: Use tools such as SQL and Excel to extract insights and generate reports from multimodal data. Work to understand current processes and how they can be improved and automated.

  • Development of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Maintain, enhance and create data analysis and visualization tools to empower stakeholders to gain meaningful insights from real world data. Leverage tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Python, and R to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback. Work collaboratively to align product development efforts with stakeholder requirements, ensuring the analytical tools and insights generated meet their specific needs.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the real world data platform and data products to Natera’s Data Program.

  • Continuous Improvement: Help define best practices, processes, and methodologies to guide product analysis efforts and drive actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on analytics and development of queries and visualization tools.

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL and Excel and data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery or Snowflake

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with analytical modeling languages such as Python or R.

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.

  • Understanding of ETL technologies, Connector Management, Data Management & Analytics platforms.

  • Experience working with diverse healthcare data modalities, such as claims data, electronic health records (EHR), omics data (e.g., genomics, proteomics), and other healthcare-related datasets.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$85,100—$106,400 USD
