Job Description

This role is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

  • You will source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • You will write SQL, or python, or R queries to manipulate large datasets, with an understanding of ETL processes.
  • Project manage the coding of models in SQL/Hadoop-Hive and R/Python.
  • Understand multiple data sources and develop methodology for joining data to add value.
  • You will conduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to find insights from data.
  • You will visualize data to tell a story and make insights clear to any audience.
  • You will present internally to peers and department partners.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, developments in methodologies, and technologies to ensure best practices in analytics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • You will collaborate with teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
  • You will help prepare presentations for partners, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
  • You will explain insights.

You will report to a Senior Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of industry experience in analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Experience in SQL or other programming language (python, R)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI and marketing platforms: CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, and Meta
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience visualizing and presenting data

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $73,000-$88,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
