We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analytics to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Performance & Insights you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop comprehensive reports to provide visibility into Marketing Funnel metrics including web traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau using data sets from SFDC, Snowflake, and several 3rd Party Platforms
  • Analyze and story-tell marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to provide applicable insights to improve marketing strategies and performance
  • Work with Americas Field Marketing teams, Partner Marketing, and Sales to serve a their trusted advisor by providing analytical rigor around marketing performance and investment feedback

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with business-facing analytics (marketing / sales) or similar roles
  • Expertise in aggregating and analyzing large datasets for visualizations and discussion
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and analysis techniques
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with integration work between data warehouse platforms (e.g. Snowflake)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics with advanced techniques such as statistical tooling and Python experience
  • Experience developing dashboards using Tableau with a focus on UX design and usability
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
  • MBA or higher degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$91,000—$130,000 USD
