As a BI Developer at Acushnet you will be the bridge between complex datasets and strategic decision-making. Using your numerical expertise, attention to detail, and mastery of Power BI, you’ll build dynamic dashboards and interactive reports that reveal the insights hidden in the numbers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is not just collected, but that it tells a clear and compelling story.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a candidate with extensive hands-on experience designing interactive dashboards, building complex data models, and creating high-impact visuals using Power BI. Your ability to understand and interpret data is essential, as you know how to turn numbers into a story that speaks directly to decision-makers.

We value someone who brings patience and precision to their work. You take pride in being thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every detail is accurate and meaningful. You should also have the drive and persistence to solve problems, always looking for ways to optimize and enhance BI solutions.

Strong communication skills are crucial in this role, as you'll need to translate complex data into simple, clear, and compelling insights that resonate with stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a BI Developer, specifically with Power BI, and experience with DAX, SQL, and Excel is essential. 

With a strong educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Mathematics or related field, you will ideally have a certification in Power BI, or SQL certification.
