Networking Data Analyst - Lead Infrastructure Engineer

As an Analytics and Reporting Lead within Network Services, you apply deep knowledge of Insights and experience within the infrastructure operations discipline. Continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge within and outside of your aligned domain of expertise.

 

Job responsibilities

• Define and execute the Analytics / Insights development and delivery of Infrastructure data to support business operations, advanced analytics, metrics and reporting.
• Utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Drive a strong understanding of the data and its use within the business and across lines of business and functions, through collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders, including Leadership, Product Owners, SMEs, and business process owners.
• Provide Leadership, subject matter expertise and Team with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area.
• Support the Data & Analytics for Business Operations, including and not limited to Data Management, Performance Analytics, Trend Analysis, Segment Performance, Performance Monitoring, Reporting, And Optimization
• Analyze business and product performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop frameworks to define Team Standards and optimal ways for working to drive consistency of performance.
• Performance tracking and KPIs monitoring to ensure delivery of an effective and consistent.
• Own all relevant Operational Details which is to be included in Performance Review Cycle / Monthly Business reviews.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Previously worked in an insights function at an Infrastructure services firm or otherwise, supporting Business Analytics and Reporting.
• Must have first-hand knowledge of how to procure source data from multiple locations, integrate them together, and provide usable information for reporting or analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Prior experience in reporting and data analysis development with ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Required – SQL Knowledge, Creating and deploying reports with a BI tool (examples include but not limited to Tableau, Power BI.. ), Hands on experience in JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Preferred – Fundamental Knowledge on Python. 
• Networking knowledge is a plus (CCNA level and above)
