Analytics Specialist Europe (m/f/d) 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the entire business analytics process, including gathering data and running different analytics techniques, identifying insights and trends from the results, and presenting these to your business stakeholders as actionable opportunities and learnings, measuring impact and performance of actions taken
  • Support the entire DTC business for the European markets, across both digital and retail channels
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to enable the business teams to run self-serve analysis
  • Lead and support projects across various areas, like website, store and marketing campaign performance, customer portfolio, retention, segmentation and product performance
  • Engage with several core functions across the DTC business like Onsite Experience, Online Marketing, Product, Retail, Analytics (Global and other territories such as US), Business Intelligence and IT


 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree in data science or business management related courses
  • First professional experience in Data Science, Analytics or Business Intelligence; experience in e-commerce and/or retail industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of business metrics, analytics and processes within DTC context, know-how of consumer segmentation, onsite web performance and marketing touchpoints
  • Motivation to work within a dynamic and international environment, fostering different point of views, cultures and diversity in the workplace
  • Proactive mentality and approach to problem solving and finding new solutions
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in group-based projects and willing to learn both new technical skills, as well as retail and e-commerce business dynamics and processes
  • Confident knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint / Keynote as well as Tableau or similar data visualization and analysis tools
  • First experience with SQL and familiarity with the handling of large datasets; Python or other advanced coding languages for modelling as well as Google or Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
