State Street Alpha Cash Data Integration is seeking a versatile individual with strong business analysis skills for development and support of services and product offerings. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.  Additionally, the candidate should have a proven ability to liaise and collaborate with business, implementation and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR environments.

What you will be responsible for

  • Contributing to the success of key Alpha Client Implementations including: Invesco, LGIM, VTAM, N91, Dodge & Cox, Harris, Allspring, Achmea and others.  The responsibilities will include:
  • Becoming a system SME across various applications and platforms within the State Street Alpha ecosystem including: CRIMS, RKS, ESP, SSCD, Cash Hub, Matching Utility, ACM, DEH/TIER, ISVC, Transaction Master (TXR), SMF Sync
  • Evaluation of Source & Target system integrations for cash services and coordination with the Cash Business Implementation teams
  • Coordinate with GTS on kafka adapters, MQs, APIs established between Appian , Cash Hub, TIER/DEH, ESP or SSCD
  • Identify transaction source and routing to DEH, define Data translation Mapping & routing rules to construct the necessary mapping requirements for DEH/TIER to ETL to the cash common data model
  • Identify Target system(s) distribution routing rules and configure in DEH
  • Construct of Cash Profiles based on various data sources that require scrubbing and augmenting to retrieve the necessary details needed for the profiles
  • Data import of Cash Profiles into ACM and/or Cash Hub – must work closely with ACM implementation of deployment efforts
  • Unit test E2E environment between DEH/Cash Hub/ Appian & sign off for client BUAT testing team to take over and conduct testing
  • Keep up to date with cash product enhancements and alleviate a lot of the queries of existing product (business & technical) functionality from the cash services product team

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Financial industry - investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis
  • Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
  • Hands on experience with trading systems including upstream and downstream applications is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong SQL knowledge is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot), Word and Visio

  • Candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable and show initiative.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
