Role profile:

Data Scientist: Engage in data science projects by applying advanced techniques, tools, and technology to solve complex problems. Contribute creatively to projects, collaborate with team members, to builds data science solutions, from conception to production.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Hands on contribution to data science projects, applying data science techniques to build products and solutions. Overcome obstacles through innovation and creative problem-solving. Write highly optimised code for LSEG products and solutions. Build and use domain expertise in financial market content, data science and LSEG data and products. Clearly communicate technical ideas to technologist and business stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1. Proven Experience in Data Science: Demonstrated ability to apply data science techniques to solve complex problems, including experience with NLP. Domains include data analysis, algorithms and metric creation.

2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to define problems, generate solutions, and select the best solution.

3. Technical Proficiency: Strong programming and data analysis skills, with the ability to apply these in a data science context.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex/technical information clearly and concisely.

5. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
