Economics data is of great interest to our clients. From general market profiles to very detailed macroeconomic indicators – our customers use them for trend analysis and make long-term investment decisions.

 In the role of Senior Content Analyst, you will be working on the maintenance of database administration and Data mining and expand market coverage. 

Responsible for ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner and works on assigned data projects.

Support the training of entry level with regards to product, workflow and databases.

Resolves data queries in a timely and effective manner and support the CST team.

ESSENTIAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: -

  • Deep knowledge of Economics content processes and methods of work.
  • Support of BAU, ad hoc and coordination of projects/initiatives across team/site/globally, .
  • Prepare reports to analyse accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Handling methodology changes and Content Enhancement (CE) management.
  • Support the team as part of BCP support.
  • Collaboration in market division, and back up team members.
  • Regular contribution of cross-team meetings, project calls, market meetings etc.
  • Represent the team in cross-site initiatives/activities.
  • Resolves data queries in a timely and effective manner in chat room and Service Cloud and connect with clients.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Experience with Refinitiv products – Eikon, DataStream.
  • Experience with Economics database.
  • Good and practical sophisticated Excel knowledge.
  • Good reporting, Presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management skills. Proactive approach, being compassionate, responsible; and open minded.
  • Motivating others to action and self-development.
  • Basic knowledge of process excellence.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

  • Basic knowledge of technical and programming language like - Excel Macros, Python, Data science
  • You have project management experience, Process excellence project experience.
  • Running daily reports on the process. Giving Process improvement plans.  
  • Knowledge of GEDA tool and VDI Speed tool
