Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) in India to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.

Your Opportunity

  • Work in collaboration with a team to deliver analytics projects that address key business problems and needs of Roche and its affiliates across the globe

  • Process small and large scale secondary healthcare datasets and perform complex analysis to derive insights

  • Present the findings from the analyses to the stakeholders in an effective and structured fashion and transform business requirements into a guided analytics prototype to provide business and data insights

  • Design, develop and QA in QlikView/ QlikSense applications integrating reporting components from multiple data sources

  • Work closely with BI team to provide input on appropriate solutions to meet business requirements and are consistent with current reporting standards and processes

  • Generate qualitative / quantitative reports that communicate the key takeaways in an easy to understand manner

  • Develop and / or maintain experienced knowledge of the constantly evolving healthcare marketplace

  • Ability to take complete ownership and work with minimal guidance to make valuable contributions in a dynamic environment. Collaboratively work in a team based environment and contribute to the internal initiatives help grow the team

  • Help the team prioritize across competing stakeholders requests to ensure focus on activities of highest importance

Who you are

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 - 5 years in the analytics / consulting space preferably in the Pharma /Biotech / Healthcare domain. Preferably, you have a Master's degree

  • Have knowledge of statistical data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel

  • Experience in developing BI Solutions supporting performance reporting such as QlikView/ QlikSense. Strong knowledge of building QlikView and QlikSense dashboards applying business rules and data validations

  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards

  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic coupled with high motivation and a go-getter attitude and high attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
