Key responsibilities

• The administration of the CRMs tool: administration of products, targets & territories, user access management etc.

• The CRM to function properly, and support the users in their requests: daily communication with the sales team, work in CRM to solve the issues,

• Training from CRM tools

• The data quality in the CRM: create processes to review data quality, imagine and implement solutions to improve it,

• Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects,

• The implementation of internal policies related to CRM system,

• Also, you need to be a process expert: understand the precise ways of working of the sales team and propose evolution of the CRM to reflect it. Work with the global team and Sales Forces developers to implement new functionalities.

• Willing to understand the CHC business,

• Ad-hoc creation of report and data extraction

About you

• Excellence in MS Excel

• BI tool user knowledge

• Strong analytical and presentation skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry,

• Responsibility and reliability, independence, positive and proactive approach to problem solving

• High sense of responsibility and autonomy,

• Proactivity, empathy, and results-oriented,

• Ability to communicate fluently English.
