Job Description

Join our dynamic Indexation team, where we focus on building innovative, data-driven solutions for financial markets. We are passionate about leveraging quantitative analysis to solve complex problems and are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team.

As a Junior Analyst with a quantitative focus, you will play an integral role in our Indexation team, working on various projects that help optimize and refine our investment strategies. This position is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, building models, and working with large datasets. While prior investment experience is not required, a keen interest in financial markets and the desire to learn is essential.

Key result areas

  • Collaborate with the Indexation team to develop quantitative frameworks and tools to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct data analysis, back-testing, and performance evaluation of financial indices.
  • Assist in automating processes and improving the efficiency of our systems.
  • Work closely with senior analysts to refine and enhance investment strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in financial markets and quantitative research.

Requirements: skills, qualifications and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields).
  • Familiarity with financial concepts or markets is a plus but not required.
  • 1-3 years work experience
  • Interest in financial markets and a desire to learn more about investments.
  • Passion for building, coding, and solving complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is an advantage.
