Lab Summary:

The Development QA(DQA) lab in Mountain View has a dual role that is first to research new automation tools as well as take current tools and refine them to our needs. Second, act as a centralized QA group to provide quality assessment by creating comprehensive E2E test strategy for various Endpoint security solution developed.

This duality provides a unique opportunity to explore new concepts in different technologies and perform original research and tool development in quality domain.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an AI engineer that will research, develop, and deploy Gen AI software test tools for QA team.

In this role, you will build powerful automatic tools using Gen AI that will improve the efficiency of everyday QA procedures. You will use the State-of-the-Art(SOTA) techniques to design the prompt, fine-tune the model and build full AI applications. You will collaborate with QA and product teams and use your expertise to bring AI influence on QA landscape.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker and an excellent communicator who is comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment and deep understanding of Gen AI and finetuning LLM’s. Position Responsibilities:

  • Research, Develop &Deploy Gen AI software test tools for QA team
  • Design and test prompts for LLMs
  • Develop the test guidelines for ML model evaluation
  • Use the State-of-the-Art(SOTA) techniques for finetuning the models
  • Collaborate with DQA and Product teams to enhance the existing Gen AI tools
  • Takes ownership/responsibility for the product quality during monthly/quarterly releases

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Finetuning AI systems and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • 1+ years of experience with one of the AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or Teras
  • Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks and generative AI techniques.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python
  • Strong command on Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Experience with computer vision is a plus

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.Base Pay Range$126,200—$173,450 USD
