MAËLYS | Data Analyst

On behalf of MAËLYS , SD Solutions is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights to various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support the decision-making process through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will help improve business processes and decision-making.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored data models.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations) to support their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Create predictive models and use statistical tools to forecast outcomes.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity in internal and external databases.
• Provide recommendations for data-driven strategies and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Python, R, SAS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
