Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business performance, generating actionable insights, and providing recommendations that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, product, and data engineering, to deliver impactful analyses that influence the company’s direction.

Success in this role would be achieved by:

• Partner with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create models to forecast business outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing detailed analyses on market trends, customer behavior, and financial performance.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance.
• Collaborate with teams across WisdomTree, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with the analytics engineering team to build predictive models and optimize business processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in current processes and systems and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to automate and streamline

Experience and required skill set:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, sales/marketing analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling (e.g., using R, Python) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional desired skills and experience:

• Understanding of the streaming entertainment industry or digital media landscape.
