Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join our team and help guide the design and development of scalable and robust software solutions. You will be responsible for leading the technical design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all technology initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of multiple technology stacks, including but not limited to Node.js, Python, Java, React and cloud-based infrastructure

Architectural Design & Strategy:

• Design scalable, secure, and robust architecture for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements while ensuring the architectural integrity of systems.
• Create architectural blueprints, system models, and technical road-maps.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategy and select appropriate technology stack.
• Lead a team of developers, providing them with technical guidance and best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs created by development teams.
• Serve as the key technical advisor and mentor for team members.

Tech Stack & Implementation:

• Leverage a range of technologies to create innovative, scalable systems. Potential technologies may include Node.js, Python, React, Java and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Make informed decisions regarding system architecture, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's technical strategy remains competitive.

System Integration & Scalability:

• Ensure seamless integration between new and existing systems, including APIs, third-party tools, and cloud services.
• Architect solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and easy to monitor.
• Plan for long-term scalability and performance of infrastructure and applications.
• Document architectural decisions, technical processes, and system integrations. Produce regular reports on system performance, risks, and ongoing initiatives for stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical architect with 10+ years of experience or similar role, with a strong background in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and database technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
