Job Description

Analyzing, developing, implementation and customization of Power BI based solutions.

Competences:

• Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements.
• Continuously research and learning latest configuration and best practices of Power BI and then bring these configurations to live.
• Assist in developing design specifications as well as providing demos (live, documentation and presentations) of the solution to the business.
• Works directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution.

Qualifications

• > 3 year of experience in Power BI and data modeling
• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals
• DAX experience
• T-SQL experience
• Azure DevOps mindset
• Basic experience in agile IT, e.g. SAFE or SCRUM methodology
• Siemens gives preference to consultants that also demonstrate competences in:
• Experience in Power BI Premium workspaces (mandatory)
• Experience in using XMLA end points
• Experience in RLS and partitioning
• Experience in Azure on data related components
• Experience communicating with clients
• Ability to teach other developers how to develop processes for distributed environments

You should have analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Is mandatory to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
