Functional (job responsibilities)

• Data Governance Project: Spearhead the planning and implementation of Data Governance, and Management Project initiatives.

• Data Insights: Execute data analytics-related Projects and Research to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

• Data Quality Management: Define and implement data quality standards, processes, and metrics to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Data Profiling Management: Perform data profiling and database structure research to understand relevant data elements, their definitions, and usage.

• Data Lineage: Implement data lineage tracking to understand the flow and transformation of data from source to destination.

• Data Access and Security: Define and enforce data access policies and controls to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Data Issue Management: Develop and implement a process for identifying, tracking, and resolving data issues and incidents.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT, and risk management to understand their data needs and challenges.

• Data Governance Council: Participate in data governance policy creation, management, and analyze the potential impacts of policy choices under consideration.

• Data Management: Maintain, review, and improve data marts and extraction scripts to create production efficiencies.
