INNOVATION LAB DATA SCIENTIST
 

BBH’s Innovation Lab in Krakow is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team.  As a Data Scientist you will play a critical part in BBH Digital transformation by conducting research, designing, prototyping, and validating machine learning models to assure achievement of desired business outcomes. You will also be responsible for creating a production-ready code to put your models in the production environment.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and business correlation of analyzed data.
  • Build data structures by gathering, identifying relationships and transforming big datasets.
  • Developing AI models for Financial Services, including production-ready code
  • Monitor the efficiency of developed machine learning models and re-train when there is a need.
     

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, SciPy, NLTK)
  • Understanding of databases and SQL for data retrieval
  • At least 4 years of experience as Data Scientist
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Basic skills related to software development in Python (familiarity with basic OOP principles, unit testing)
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience building automated pipelines for model training
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
