Note: This is a temporary fixed term position for a duration of 9 months.

Internally this role is referred to as Analyst II TIS Business Analyst.

What You Will Do:

• Work with the Liquids Pipeline (LP) business and IT teams to understand, review, and support the implementation of their innovative ideas.

• Help manage these initiatives using agile methodologies, manage the roadmap and keep track of benefits.

• Work closely with the Data and Analytics Services (DAS) and LP Data and Systems Support (DSS) team to understand LP data and ensure data readiness for our projects.

• Work as our liaison with these teams for data issues and data quality improvement.

• Support cost management and cost data analysis for programs and portfolio.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst or a data analyst in the energy sector, preferably in the liquids pipeline domain.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Experience in working with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.

• Experience in working with data and analytics teams to understand, access, and validate data sources and data quality.

• Experience in using SQL, Excel, Power Query, or other related tools to query, manipulate, and analyze data.

• Experience in PowerBI, Azure, or other tools to create and share data visualizations and dashboards.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
