What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement generative AI solutions that solve business problems and deliver significant business value.

• Develop AI tools to optimize internal processes and improve efficiency.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI models and tools.

• Assist in the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, evaluating their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.

• Communicate and lead effectively with multi-functional teams and partners.

• Work in compliance with Johnson Electric Canada Quality and EHS Policies and Procedures, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with leading GenAI/ML Solution Pods for production-ready AI applications.

• Experience with scaled-up release management for AI applications.

• Expert knowledge in full stack Azure development, including experience with Azure cloud platforms in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment, and familiarity with common tools in data science.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, or C++.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with specific software, tools, or methodologies related to AI and machine learning.
