Role description 

The Senior Process, Finance and Data Analyst is a new role in our team that will link the Finance team with the Product team, to develop an improved process in our growing product space. This role will leverage financial acumen skills with tool building and process improvement ideas to accomplish their goals.

 

What you will do 

  • Ensure appropriate billing for fees and taxes are applied to invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Audit invoices ahead of distribution. Provide feedback to Finance team on invoicing practices and collaborate on improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate variance investigations between internal departments and external parties.
  • Manage delinquent payments with third parties.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our product from a financial perspective and provide technical information and tools for those enhancements.
  • Identify legislative, tax, compliance and market driven changes that affect our products financial handling and implement changes to our tools as a result of these changes.
  • Ownership of financial tools and driving the ongoing improvement and maintenance of those tools.
  • Prepare training and reference material on products for financial operations staff and participate in training staff.

 

What you will bring 

  • 2-5 years experience in finance, data, or reporting  
  • Experience with tool building with Excel, Macros, and Access
  • Deep business knowledge, to be able to understand and analyze the data to solve problems
  • Ability to problem solve complex or special cases
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

The base salary for this position is between  $51,400.00 - $85,700.00 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
