Digital Analytics Analyst

As the Digital Analytics Analyst, you demonstrate strong working knowledge in the assigned area and work under direction of a manager. You support complex digital analytics implementation, prepare reporting, and generate insights.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Produces analysis for various digital assets in the assigned business area. Develop and deliver reports to support the implementation and performance of digital assets.

• Track, measure and analyze website and application trends.
• Gather, organize and analyze data to inform strategy, formulate insights.
• Assists in designing and building reports using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.
• Provide real time reporting and monitoring of anomalies in web performance.
• Supports ad hic analysis requests.

Assists in developing requirements for analytics tagging, preform user acceptance testing, supports implementation, and execution.

• Supports requirement development for measurement framework for new digital assets (landing pages, mobile applications, etc.)
• Identify defects in tagging and implementation.
• Assists in validating all tagging implementations.
• Partner with IT to implement and execute all tagging.

Support optimization of business processes.

• Support marketing technology tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, Marketing Pods and Digital Channel Stakeholders to bring enhancement to current processes.

• You have a BA/BSc degree in Business / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Analytics / Econometrics. Master’s degree is preferred.
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, (not necessarily within Finance) with the ability to motivate, inspire and achieve goals.
• You have the ability to meet deadlines on assigned projects.
• You have knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, digital marketing tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, other DMPs, etc.) and channels.
• You have advanced ETL and SQL writing skills.
• You have knowledge of in at least one statistical analysis tool such as R or Python.
• You have experience in dash boarding tools (e.g. Tableau) and have advanced experience in Excel.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $86,424-$138,278

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
