Nasdaq's Global Technology (GT) team is committed to creating and supporting solutions that power more than 115 of the world’s market infrastructure organizations and market participants, including US markets, broker-dealers, exchanges, clearinghouses, central securities depositories and regulators, in over 50 countries with end-to-end, mission-critical technology solutions. Your role and responsibilities

• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to build Generative AI applications

• Collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets essential for training high-quality generative AI models.

•  Implement data augmentation and synthesis strategies to improve model robustness.

• Gather user feedback and iterate on the design to enhance usability and satisfaction

• Enforce best practices and high code standard via peer code reviews

• Help others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

• Navigate geographically disperse teams

• Ability to communicate complex concepts

You will need the following skills and experience

• Education:  Degree qualified in a field related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent work experience. 

• Experience Required:  At least 2 years of Development work or relevant Advanced Academic Degree

• Python

• Java or C#

• Data structures

• Relational and Non-Relational Databases, SQL, Unstructured Data

• AWS, Cloud Technologies

• Operating Systems Linux/Unix, Windows

• Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)

• Understanding of Generative AI Concepts, including LLMS

• GIT

And it would be great if you have experience with

• C, C++

• Prompt Engineering

• Terraform

• Serverless Architecture

• Visual Studio Code

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 3020 - 3540 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
